Signing in
- Your username is the email address your Highway invoices are sent to.
- Your Client Portal password is separate from your Highway email password.
- If this is your first login—or you cannot remember the password—select Forgot Password. A reset link will be emailed to you.
Paying an invoice
Open the invoice in MyHwy and choose the credit-card payment option. If you are changing cards, enter the complete card number to verify the new card, even if only the last four digits appear on screen.
Paying by bank transfer
Our bank details are printed on every Highway invoice. Please use your name or invoice number as the payment reference so we can identify the payment.
We do not publish bank details on the website. Please use the details shown on your invoice or contact us if you need a copy.
