Terms & Conditions
The following information relates to the
provision of Hwy ADSL and Phone/Internet
Bundle:
• Hwy ADSL and Phone/Internet Bundle are
available for services connecting to any
enabled Telstra exchange.
• The Bundle includes two services, a
Phone PSTN service and a Broadband ADSL
service. Each service must be active for
the monthly fee to apply.
• All ADSL plans are a Residential grade
DSL service and do not come with a
service level guarantee. We will use our
best endeavours to provide timely
restoration of service, however no
guarantee is provided.
• Services are provided on an Acceptable
Use basis. Combinations of factors are
used to determine excessive use,
including but not limited to: the number
of unique numbers called, international
calls forwarded, minutes used and other
factors.
• Unreasonable use of the service is
considered to be;
i) using a device that re routes calls
to/from the voice service to another
voice network;
ii) using the service in bridging of
conference calls;
iii) using the voice service for any
other purpose than primary function of
person-to-person voice communication
• Data usage is counted for
downloaded and uploaded data.
• Speeds are theoretical
network maximum speeds. Actual speeds
may be less due to a number of factors
including network configuration, copper
wire quality & length from exchange,
exchange type, customer premises
interference, traffic and equipment. |
